Do you offer refunds?

Due to the nature of our work, we cannot offer a refund once we’ve put the hours in. However, we’re more than happy to work closely with you to find a suitable resolution should the situation arise.

Do you charge VAT?

No, the bundle price quoted to you is what you pay.

How long does post production take?

Anywhere between 48 hours and 2 weeks, depending on the scope of the project.
